This fictional employee intranet student project
focuses development with Flash MX web technology for accessibilty.
REQUIRED
Software:
Internet Explorer 5.5 + and Flash 6 player.
The accessibility features
are limited to Microsoft's MSAA (PC only) technology
which require
the most
recent versions of "Window Eyes" or "JAWS" screen reading
software. ( for voice & braille).
PC users can try the limited screen reading capability provided by Microsoft
Narrator
(
Ctr + Esc + R type "Narrator").
Narrator's voice wil operate on forms and links but will skip reading text blocks.
It will also maintain the Tab order... but minus the text blocks.
This site mimics server-side functions by using Flash MX's version of "Cookies" which called Shared Objects. The entry password inputs and form are stored locally on your computer's hard drive.
