Philip O'Neil has a varied history working in the visual arts such as: Graphic Design, Illustration, Cartooning and in recent years as a Multimedia / Website Developer.
Since 1988, my residence has been in Portland, Oregon, where I am best known as a vendor at Portland Saturday Market.

Caricature Party Sketching by Philip O'Neil

Since 1976, I have worked as an on-the-spot caricature sketch artist, quite literally sketching hundreds of Portraits & Caricatures! Gained my experience as a San Francisco licensed street artist from 1976 to 1987, continuing my skills as a vendor at Portland Saturday Market. I have entertained at trade shows, company picnics, Bar Mitzvahs and High School Graduation parties.
